After 10 years and 40 releases as the face of SH’BAM, I am passing the baton over to the new choreography team to continue bringing dance to gyms and homes and lives for the next ten years. I am taking up an opportunity to work on a series of new workouts for LES MILLS On Demand… watch this space!
